UGC NET Exam

Candidates need to score a minimum number of marks in each one of Paper I, Paper II and Paper III. In addition to that they need to secure a minimum total marks to qualify for JRF or Lecturership. Reserved Category and Differently Abled candidates are given some relaxation in the qualifying exam as detailed below:

The UGC NET Test consists of three papers. They are divided into two separate sessions. Paper I is general in nature and is common for all candidates. Paper II and Paper III are subject specific and are based on candidates choice of subject. Download more details.

UGC NET December 2010 will be conducted at as many as 74 test centres. Download the list of all the Test Centres with their respective codes. Candidates must address their application to the Registrar of the respective University Test Centre.
